A Hamiltonian for Describing Zero Rest Mass Particles in Free Space

Hamiltonian for quantizing zero rest mass particles in a vacuum is presented. In addition to predicting the properties of the photon that cannot be derived from Maxwell's equations alone, this method also predicts the existence of other particles that propagate at the speed of light. The properties of these particles are consistent with those of neutrinos and antineutrinos.
