Lorentz transformation with noninvariant c

Lorentz transformation was applied for waves of variable speed, assuming c^′=δc. Following Lorentz’s transformation, the results obtained indicate that both length contraction and time dilation depend on the motion of the source and the observer. Also simpler transformation relations for velocity and acceleration were obtained.
