Challenges to a Temperature Transformation in Special Relativity Derived from Form Invariance of the First and Second Laws of Thermodynamics

A temperature relationship is derived from special relativity by examining motion in two translating inertial reference frames. The temperature relationship leads to a result that suggests that a moving body appears to cool. However, this result is challenged by difficulties encountered in describing temperature as a component of a 4‐vector.
