A theory is presented in which restricted relativity deductions are based on the maximality of the velocity of light instead of the constancy of the velocity of light. This makes light more basic, than space‐time.
Keywords: restricted relativity, materialistic relativity, restricted relativity rededuced, maximality of light velocity as basis for restricted relativity, dynamics, not kinematics, as basis for restricted relativity, light (energy) as basis for wave and matter
