Fundamental physical questions are described. Complexity theory may finally answer the questions. A possible reason for regularities observed in physics, and especially concerning quantum probabilities, is presented. The question of whether values of parameters of physics are probably restricted to certain possible values is treated. The question of falsifiability of the results is discussed.
