Relativistic Pauli equation and Zeeman effect

We introduce straightforward formulation to relativistic Zeeman effect which elucidates the very physical essence of the Zeeman effect, thanks to the relativistic Pauli equation that we obtained using a modified Dirac Hamiltonian and affords relativistic entity to the electron magnetic moment. Also, we calculate relativistic corrections to the Zeeman splitting in hydrogenlike ions up to the order of v4/c4.
